Press Z at the title screen to display the cheat menu.
Faster cheating
Cheats in the cheat menu (described below) are activated by the number of frags you have inflicted upon unworthy bots. To get more frags faster, copy your best game file to all 4 slots and load them all into the game. Voila! You now have 4x the frags in your name! Just go in and activate the cheats.
Faster Swimming
Instead of holding C-up when swimming, press and hold it until the stroke has nearly ended (i.e. until you become slower), then let the button go for about half a second and repeat.

36 achievement medals for each level.
4 boss medals for defeating each boss.
7 task medals (must all be attain in 1 round):
1. Attain 15 frags in 5 minutes.
2. Attain 25 frags in 10 minutes.
3. Not getting any frags.
4. Not being fragged.
5. Killing yourself 5 times.
6. Coming in last.
7. Sniping 10 people.
3 lifetime achievement medals:
1. Attain 1,000 frags.
2. Be fragged 1,000 times.
3. Beat the two player co-operative trial mode.
